Residence Hall Apartments
Akers, Case, Holden, Mason/Abbot, Campbell, Gilchrist, Williams and Yakeley halls offer one-bedroom or studio apartments that house one or two people and include a full bathroom with tub and kitchen with a stove or stovetop. A dining plan is not required in these apartments.
The majority of Residence Hall apartments will have a layout similar to the illustration below, however, some may vary in the North halls.

UNIVERSITY VILLAGE APARTMENTS
University Village is made up of four-bedroom apartments available to students of sophomore status or higher. Residents are located across the street from campus life, award-winning dining services, the Breslin Center and much more. University Village is the perfect choice for the on-the-go student who wants to live with their best friends while enjoying the independence of a home and proximity to classes and campus resources.
FAMILY HOUSING AT 1855 PLACE
Nestled just across the street from the Breslin Student Events Center and numerous campus resources, 1855 Place offers one and two-bedroom contemporary family apartments. Enjoy the many amenities of apartment-living in these newly developed spaces with on-site parking. Residents can also enjoy Sparty's Market for groceries and Starbucks in the same building! Designated green space, a playground and plenty of common outdoor areas offer the perfect setting for studying, picnicking or a quick game of catch with friends and family.
