Spring Semester 2021 – Adjusted Rates
With the changes to the academic calendar, Residential and Hospitality Services has adjusted residence hall room and board rates to offer a slight decrease from fall semester 2020. The Spring 2021 Housing Contract runs from Wednesday, January 6 through Saturday, May 1, 2021.
Most students will be placed in a traditional residence hall double room, and they will pay the double room rate while receiving their own room for the semester. Students will continue to be required to purchase an unlimited dining plan.
Students who were originally assigned to Owen, Van Hoosen, Williams, or residence hall apartments will be placed in housing that allows for optional dining plans. Please note, rates have not changed for 1855 Place and University Village.

With five on-campus neighborhoods, there is a unique living arrangement that is perfect for you! The residence hall rates include a fully furnished room, in-room Wi-Fi, utilities and selected unlimited dining plan. This is the only option for incoming freshmen (exemptions available for RCPD and students not required to live on-campus, such as students 20 years of age and older). Room and board rates for 2019-20 were set at the April 2019 Board of Trustees meeting. The Board of Trustees approved these rates remaining the same for 2020-21 at the May 2020 meeting.
