Thanksgiving Break

As Thanksgiving Break approaches, we want to remind students that residence halls are open over the break period. All residents are welcome to stay from Wednesday, November 22, through Sunday, November 26, at no extra charge and no need to communicate if you’re staying or not.

To promote a safe living environment for residents staying on campus during the break period, all students will need to use their MSU IDs to access their residence hall. MSU IDs will only grant access to the residence hall in which the resident lives and to the hall with the open service center.

Students in need of assistance during the Thanksgiving break can seek help from the primary desks in each residence hall between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The primary desk information for each residence hall is available at liveon.msu.edu/servicecenters

Resident Assistants will also be available during Thanksgiving weekend. Students can call the RA on Duty phone between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. to get assistance while the primary service centers are closed. The RA duty phone number for each residence hall is posted in its respective building.
