Undergraduate Positions

Residence Education and Housing Services offer a variety of job opportunities for students at all levels. From resident assistants to facilities and service center representatives, sports camp assistants and the Live On Campus Crew, we are always seeking motivated individuals to be part of our team.

  • Resident Assistants

More than 340 resident assistants (RAs) work within our 27 residence halls and apartment communities to provide a positive on-campus living experience for the 15,000 students who call our campus home each year. We invite Spartans who want to leave a mark and make a difference on campus to join our legacy by applying to be an RA!

  • Intercultural Aides

ICAs serve collaboratively alongside resident assistants (RAs). Both contribute to building community on the floor and in a residence hall, yet ICAs place their focus on ensuring that the communities being built are both inclusive and vibrant. ICAs work hard to engage residents in the process of "crossing difference." They do this through a series of Engaged Learning Opportunities (ELO), including weekly roundtable discussions (RTDs), regular acts of service in local communities, social events and small-group activities, purposeful interactions with residents, and partnerships with other leaders in the campus community.
