Dates & Deadlines
Spring 2022
- Once accepted, visit admissions.msu.edu to:
- Submit your Advanced Enrollment Deposit
- Activate your MSU NetID
- Log into your My Housing account to sign your housing contract - Due June 3
- Take a virtual tour of MSU’s neighborhoods and view our 360 Tours
- Check out the My College Roomie roommate matching app!
- Beginning May 2, you will be able to select your housing and roommate preferences in your My Housing account — due June 3.
June & July:
- Your signed housing contract as well as housing preferences and roommate group forms are due June 3 at 11:59 p.m. EST
- You will be assigned a room based on your indicated housing and roommate preferences by the Housing Assignments Office.
- Once available (most likely in mid-July), your room information will be posted in your My Housing account.
- Roommate information and their contact info, if provided, will be posted in your My Housing account.
August
- Move-in dates will be August 26-28, 2022. Move-in times and details will be posted in My Housing.
- As you prepare to make the move to Michigan State, be sure to check your MSU email account and your mailbox for how move-in will work.
