We want YOU to join the 2024 Fall Welcome Team! By volunteering for the Welcome Team, you not only get the chance to move in early but also have the opportunity to meet new people and make meaningful connections!
Joining the Welcome Team is a great opportunity that not only expands your Spartan experience but enriches others as well! As a part of the Welcome Team, you'll greet new and returning Spartans as they move in to campus. Check out some of the benefits of joining the team:
- Early move-in before the official move-in starts
- Connect with other students who are also part of the Welcome Team.
- Provide support to the Spartan Community during the move-in process.
- Enjoy the great weather and be outside!
- Receive a 2024 Move-in t-shirt to wear during your shift.
- Make lifelong memories through this incredible experience.
Welcome Team members will choose shifts from Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m.- 7 p.m., based on the team's needs. Training, one meal per shift, and a free T-shirt will be provided! More details about the training sessions will be shared later this summer. Please note that while shifts for Welcome Team members are unpaid, you are able to move-in early at no cost!
