Housing Rates 2009-2010

Rates effective August 1, 2009 for University Apartments and fall semester housing for undergraduate/graduate halls. Rates include all utilities: heat, water, electric, cable, Ethernet and trash removal. Rates include local phone service including caller ID and voicemail with the exception that Holden Hall, Mayo Hall and all halls in Brody Complex will not have land lines for telephone service beginning fall 2009.
