MSU is home to students from 130 different countries and, as an international student, you have unique challenges and opportunities. We want your time at MSU to be the best that it can be.

Between Semester Housing 2012 – 13
The residence halls close for the fall semester break at 8 p.m., Friday, December 14, 2012 and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2013. All residents (except those living in Owen, Van Hoosen, and University Village) are required to leave the halls during this time period or, if applicable, sign up for a Between Semester Housing plan.
The Between Semester Housing plan is only available to residents in McDonel, Hubbard, Rather, Butterfield, and possibly Akers Halls. The plan involves housing for residents in their current rooms December 15, 2012 – January 5, 2013. The plan includes 22 meals to use in Brody Square and Holmes Dining Hall from December 15 – 21, 2012 and January. 2 – 6, 2013. The total cost for the Between Semester Housing plan is only $300, which will be charged to individuals' student accounts.
