Lifestyles

UAB Event

Living on campus is the best way to make the most of your experience at MSU. When you live on, you have plenty of choices for your living environment and activities.

Alcohol-free halls, floors or rooms are spaces in which residents agree that alcoholic beverages will not be brought into the area, even by persons 21 years of age or older.

Smoking is allowed outside, 25 feet away from building or apartment entrances. We realize that some students are allergic to smoke and we do our best to assign students of the same smoking preference together.

Quiet halls or floors have designated quiet hours generally between 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. for students desiring an atmosphere where study is primary.
